Something weird about B.O.T.

Ok, it should surprise nobody that Amy and I were watching Combaticon episodes this morning (yes, 4pm = morning for us).
The way the episode runs, Swindle goes to El Presidente for parts for his companions. It doesn't sound like he's there to sell them so much as he's looking for parts to fix them.
But then, the next we see Swindle and El Presidente they're at the Combaticon base (How the heck did the Combaticons get their own base, anyway?) and the sale is done and El Presidente is telling Swindle to toss the left over bits in the junkyard.
So...what the hell happened in between? What we see in the episode is Megatron's demonstration of his McGuffin for the episode.
I know in the scripts for "Starscream's Brigade" and "Revenge of Bruticus" there were bits left out (in "Starscream's Brigade" there was a scene of the Combaties' execution) and I'd love to have the script for "B.O.T." to see if there was some part where either Swindle's greed got the better of him or he got out-talked by El Presidente.
Dun.
PS: There definately should have been a line like "NO!" after "Then give us our rubles back!"
