These are not all pairings that I have or will write, but they're ones I can see in my head -- sometimes because the brain bleach does nothing. NOTHING!:

One True Pairing Ship: Snake-Eyes/Storm Shadow -- because DUDE, who does he keep running off after?!
Canon Ship: Snake-Eyes/Scarlett because lord help me, I do love 'em. And Stalker/Lydia because I can't believe they remembered her from that Special Missions issue!
"If this happens I'll stab my eyes out with a spork" Ship: Snake-Eyes/Cobra Commander -- no, just...just NO! NO! (does have a way that it could work but NO!)
"You are one sick bastard" Ship: Tomax/Xamot (or Metal-Head/Gnawgahyde, 'cause I've actually done that)
"I dabble a little" Ship: Snake-Eyes/Scarlett/Duke -- it's the only logical choice!
"It's like a car crash" Ship: Tomax/Xamot/Cadet Deming (note: this is not a bad thing; she writes the three of them in a highly dysfunctional relationship and I love it! Bad guys who aren't smoopy-nice to those they love! WHOOT! Or, from Sigma 6, Tunnel Rat/Scarlett because...dude, it's Tunnel Rat and Scarlett.
"Tickles my fancy but not sold just yet" Ship: Mainframe/Zarana -- I can see it as a fling, but nothing long term.
"Makes no canon sense but why the Hell not" Ship: Scarlett/Heavy Duty (Sigma 6), because it does *kinda* make some sense and they were so cute together in the Vegas episode; or Jinx/Tripwire because she's one bad luck lady and he's one klutzy mine sweeper and I don't think there's a birth control method on the planet that can keep them from having kids who are all but living Tupperware.
"Everyone else loves it but I just don't feel it" Ship: Lady Jaye/Flint -- actually, I see it, I'm just tired of it.
"When all is said and done" Ship: Leatherneck/Wet Suit -- they're the most well adjusted pair in the whole damn cartoon!

Canon Ship: Slo-Mo/Nanosec (their banter in S.U.V. was classic!) or Lugnut/Megatron (Ugly Guy Love is Good Luv!)
"If this happens I'll stab my eyes out with a spork" Ship: and "You are one sick bastard" Ship: Sari and anybody, at least for the next nine to ten years. Just, no. Oh, and Professor Princess and ANYBODY EVER because she is SCARY!
"I dabble a little" Ship: Bumblebee/Prowl
"It's like a car crash" Ship: Blitzwing/Lugnut -- again, not a complaint. See also, Professor Princess/Anybody In the History of Ever. Just...scaryscaryscaryscary She doesn't get a sexuality, no, I just revoked it.
"Tickles my fancy but not sold just yet" Ship: Lockdown/Swindle
"Makes no canon sense but why the Hell not" Ship: Bulkhead/Lugnut
"Everyone else loves it but I just don't feel it" Ship: Jazz/Prowl, in this case mainly because the pairing has already been done and it'd be nice to see something different.

Canon Ship: Inferno/Firestar

"You are one sick bastard" Ship: Daniel/Arcee in Headmaster form...EWWW!!
"I dabble a little" Ship: Arcee/Springer/Hot Rod -- again, it's the only logical choice!
"It's like a car crash" Ship: Motormaster/Optimus Prime (literally!)
"Tickles my fancy but not sold just yet" Ship: Thundercracker/Skywarp
"Makes no canon sense but why the Hell not" Ship: Huffer/Pipes; they never met in canon, Huffer was dead by the time Pipes shows up and the only reason I put them together is because Pipes is Huffer's repaint. Also, Sludge/Perceptor which is entirely Amy's fault for sticking the idea in my head. And Blast Off/Thundercracker.
"Everyone else loves it but I just don't feel it" Ship: Starscream/Skyfire, Starscream/Megatron, Starscream/Optimus Prime, Starscream/Red Alert -- pretty much Starscream/anybody, particularly where Starscream has been replaced by Folger's Crystals a SNAD-y version of himself. Also Jazz/Prowl and Red Alert/Inferno and Lambo Twins and their OTNs.
"When all is said and done" Ship: Huffer/Pipes, all the way. Booyeah!
