Two Things:

Firstly, going out of town tomorrow to visit my Mom and Aunt for Xmas -- this means Amy and I are driving to the wilds of Norther Indiana (which as we now know is in Europe) and will be coming back Friday -- which means we're gonna be dead to the world on Saturday.

Secondly, I have an idea for a fic that I want to do about Armada Starscream and his minicon Swindle but there's a problem: I've never seen the show. If anybody knows anything of interest about them from the episodes, please let me know. I've found the Wikipedia article about Armada and I've done some other looking but any good tidbits to help flesh the characters out would be appreciated.

basically more about how Swindle and Starscream got along. I saw in a Wikipedia article that Prime comforted Swindle after Starscream died and was kind of curious as to how that came about. And Sosochan on AIM gave me a link to a TF Wiki article about Swindle that says he's basically not good enough to be a good guy but has too many attacks of conscience to be a bad guy.

I've got a rough idea for how the story's going to go down, but having more of an idea about Swindle's personality and what drives him would be helpful since I know enough to know he's not a small yellow jeep in the body of a Formula 1 racer.

Swindle had a bigger part in the comics, wherein he mostly just got screwed. He tried to swindle some kids, only to get swindled by Starscream.

How so? I have some of the Armada comics and I remember the scene where Thrust (I think?) is coming to put the minicons back in their cages and the imagry in that just struck me, but I don't think I have the comics where he tried to swindle anybody -- are those in the Energon storyline?

I think it might have been the Comic Day free comic. Swindle pretends to help some kids, but it turns out he's betraying them to the Decepticons. Ohnoes! Swindle was told by Starscream that if he did that, Starscream would let him go. Of course, Starscream doesn't. Then Swindle feels bad about himself for betraying those kids.
