Yahh, still not sure what to make of it -- partly because I think the answer to the questions the author posits is "Yes, all of the above but not in all cases" because I'm willing to bet all slash fic writers fall into at least one of those categories.

And partly because, yes, I do use slash as a way to think/write about being bisexual but only in the same way that I use fics about Pipes after Huffer dies to think/write about being a widow. I try to keep that stuff pretty sparing since the idea is to tell a story, not expound on a soap box.
