I tend to label with pairing and physical acts -- the genders are clear from the characters (if one's writing genderswap or a story where a character is transgendered (and that's not already canon) then you probably need more labels).
That tells the person in search of their OTP and the person just looking for some breathplay with two women and a ballgag made from an everlasting gobstopper (who doesn't care what fandom) that they've come to the right or wrong place. And makes no presuppositions about sexuality; that belongs in the story, not the labels, IMHO.
