In my ficverse, Elita still loves Optimus, but I don't know if she's still in love with him. It's part of the thing that tends to crop up in most of the TF stuff I do -- the difference in the perceptions between those who stayed behind/were awake and those who were in stasis/stuck in a filing cabinet in a dissused lavatory with a sign on the door saying "Beware of the Terrorcon".
For Optimus, it's likely that he feels like no time has passed at all. He left, he took a nice long nap and now he's back, yay!
For Elita? It's been four million years. She's had more than enough time to deal with her loss and move on.
And then *BAM* out of the blue, Optimus and all the others they thought were long dead are back, in the flesh (so to speak). Talk about jarring...
