A-Team Review -- Spoilers and Blatherings Within!

Amy and I saw The A-Team tonight and here's my short, spoiler-free review: This movie was everything that I could have hoped it would be. Sure, they updated the setting and the actors are different but this was the A-Team I remember -- funny, action-packed with crazy stunts and wild Hail Mary plans. The characters were spot-on and, best of all, came across as people rather than cartoons. Highly recommend the movie, two thumbs up! Seriously, I left the movie wanting to go back and see it again at movie theater prices.

Also, Amy says that Murdock is Vortex. I agree. See the movie and you'll know what scene decided us.

Big Butter Jesus Update!

The pastor of the church where the King of Kings statue was located has announced plans to rebuild it, as big or bigger than before.

Probably gonna take longer than three days for Big Butter Jesus to come back but we'll cut the big guy some slack, yeah?

"Cornholing is sweeping the nation" says the local news -- they're referring to the game where you throw beanbags at a board with holes in it. You can probably guess where my mind went when I first heard the name. Didn't help that there was a sign outside a local store saying something like "Cornhole available here!"
